This luxurious and dramatic wedding invitation comes to us from The Card Co. based in Dubai, UAE! Here’s what they have to say about this design:

So for this invite, our client Fareya was interested in the elegant look and feel of the invite (which we have a sample of). She loved the colors and the symbol that she saw on one of our invites, so she asked us to incorporate it printed and embossed. She has also asked us to foiled and emboss the names. The paper pasted is ivory and the back is blue skin paper. She was a huge fan of the wax stamps, so we created a monogram and applied it onto the wax stamp (red was also chosen by her, similar to the Scarlett Letter). The rsvp details were simply printed on ivory.

Coral and Navy Nautical Invitation Suite by Brown Fox Creative (Fort Worth, TX) (2)

This festive, nautical wedding invitation suite comes to us from Kristin of Brown Fox Creative, based in Fort Worth, Texas! Here’s Kristin to tell us more:

This wedding suite was designed for a January cruise wedding in which the bride and groom’s closest family and friends joined in! We chose a trifold square card with a die cut front so that the navy blue would peek through from underneath the coral front. The invitation included directions, a map and other pertinent information for the attendees. The bride’s colors were rich coral and navy blue. The bride wanted something modern that represented the theme of their wedding— particularly nautical elements.

Romantic Foil Stamped Invitations for a Puerto Vallarta Wedding by Throne Invitations (Sacramento, CA) (5)

Romantic Foil Stamped Invitations for a Puerto Vallarta Wedding by Throne Invitations (Sacramento, CA) (5)

This beautiful foil stamped wedding invitation suite comes to us from Dena of Throne Invitations, based in Sacramento, California! Here’s Dena to tell us more:

These invitations were designed for a couple getting married in Puerto Vallarta. The bride wanted to incorporate subtle, traditional elements of the location while keeping her soft and romantic color scheme of light peach and ivory colors. She found a traditional clay tile with a design she liked, I hand-traced the design from the tile and created the custom emblem with their initials in the middle. We then had the design made into a die stamp and got the invitations gold foiled. The corners of the top layer of the invite were also die cut to give it an extra dimension. We also used the emblem to create luggage tags for her guests, that said “Live the Life you Love.”

Nautical Wedding Invitation Suite by Laura Macchia (Montpelier, VT)

Nautical Letterpress Wedding Invitation Suite (6)

This elegant nautical themed wedding invitation design comes to us from Laura Macchia based in Montpelier, VT! Here’s Laura to tell us more:

Nolie and Greg were married on Martha’s Vineyard and they wanted the seaside reflected in their wedding invitations. We started with a custom illustration of the Edgartown lighthouse as the focal point and then incorporated some iconic nautical motifs into the other pieces. The double-sided weekend events postcard was a fun addition, as it features a monogrammed map of the Vineyard. I also helped the couple with their day-of stationery, which included a beautiful ceremony program, featuring a custom illustration of the historic Federated Church. The classic navy and white color palette, 220lb double-thick cotton paper and bold design elements, give this suite both a touch of modern charm and traditional New England elegance. The suite was letterpress printed by May Day Studio.

Featured Wedding Invitation Design: Black and White Striped Gift Box Invitation by Tangé Design (4)

This dramatic and elegant wedding invitation comes to us from Eng of Tangé Design based in Costa Mesa, CA! Here’s Eng to tell us more:

With an upcoming wedding in New Jersey, the bride-to-be Melissa came to us with the idea of having a box style wedding invitation that resembled a gift. To convey her color theme of black and white, we chose a bold vertical stripe design. When guests open the fluffy silk peony topped box, they unfold a dramatic long accordion fold invitation, with type set in modern sans serif type and romantic script. Details of shimmer ivory paper, couple’s nameplate highlighted with a tiny rhinestone, and delicate dotted thick black ribbon tie the invitation together into a really elegant and lovely package.

The ‘Vintage Rose’ design series is a stunning contrast of vintage rose imagery and modern, bold black typography; the design lends itself to both modern and more traditional weddings. The ‘Deco’ design is a nod to the Great Gatsby-revival of 1920s unapologetic ornamentalism.

Any item from the design series is available on its own or as part of a heavily discounted set. Perfect for champagne weddings on a beer budget. All designs are available for instant download but e.m.papers also offers customizations.

Just lovely, thank you Eleanor! See something you like in today’s featured spring 2015 wedding invitation suite? Please visit her WeddingLovely Vendor Guide profile or head straight to her website for order information.

Beach Map Wedding Invitations by Lovely Day Atelier (Rochester, NY)

Beach Map Wedding Invitations by Lovely Day Atelier (Rochester, NY)

Planning a beach wedding? Love the greens and blues in this lovely invitation suite by Jessica of Lovely Day Atelier based in Rochester, NY! Take it away, Jessica:

Megan and Kevin’s beach wedding in Marco Island, Florida was a gorgeous and intimate affair. They came to me looking for custom invitations to capture the spirit of their event – and with three things in mind, green and blue colors, a square invitation and a natural, textural paper. We chose a hemp paper because its eco-friendly and has a nice texture and soft color, perfect for a beach wedding. The lush colored maps full of greens and blues are of the beaches and islands in and around the couple’s wedding and honeymoon locations. And the light green outer and emerald green inner envelopes with calligraphy to match the invitations perfectly complete the suite.
