Get to Know a Wedding Planner: Chancey Charm

Today’s planner interview is with Sarah Chancey of Chancey Charm based in Atlanta, GA! Enjoy:

Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.

After graduating with a Fine Art degree in Interior Design from the University of Georgia, I gained professional experience in a variety of creative event centered industries, such as floral design and catering. I also expanded my design aesthetic by spending a few years living in Denver and traveling along the west coast. All of my experiences culminate in my work with Chancey Charm as I bring a holistic prospective of the event industry to my work as lead designer and owner of Chancey Charm.

My use of hand-drawn renderings within the event design process is something that developed naturally and fits perfectly into the experience. Coming alongside clients and providing original design boards, which capture their vision and allow them to feel excited and confident about the journey is what drives my passion for the event industry. I have a special love for timeless, elegant designs and love incorporating unique interior furnishings and lighting into every event I work on.

Chancey Charm is a luxury wedding planning and design studio serving clients in Atlanta, Georgia and at destination venues throughout the southeast. Our  team of Senior Planners and Designers work together to meticulously craft bespoke events through the use of custom design PDFs and online planning programs, that bring our client’s vision to life and encourages an open creative process. Our services ensure that each event will have an elegant vision that is publication ready, while also delivering an exceptional client and guest experience.

My company is mainly focused on the non-traditional, fun, and creative wedding. Get to Know a Wedding Planner: Without a Hitch Boston (5)

Today’s planner interview is with Sarah of Without a Hitch Boston! Enjoy:

Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.

Without A Hitch was founded on the idea that couples should be able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about all of the details. While there are many organizations doing wedding planning, Without A Hitch focuses on what we do best: day-of coordination.

Couples spend months (years, or even decades!) planning and thinking about the big day, and then too often rely on family and friends to carry out the plans. Without A Hitch’s services include pre-wedding planning sessions and overall event production: vendor coordination, ceremony supervision, and reception management. The Without A Hitch team consists of me and Nicole as well as our marketing and events associate. Nicole and I manage events together and on our own, and as a team we keep our social media updated with great content.

We love our new life out here in Italy. We have fun in the sun through the summer and ski in the winter. The language was a real hurdle for us but we got there in the end! We love the culture, the stunning scenery, the warm people… the ice cream!
