This stylish and eclectic inspiration shoot comes to us from Wedding Planner Katie Werkin of Chancey Charm NYC! Here’s Katie to tell us more:

I had the best time designing this urban styled shoot with NYC brides in mind. Wanting to highlight the raw + urban vibe of the space, it felt only natural to juxtapose the rough textures and hard lines of the venue with light and bright colors to soften the space. I really love how the vendor team took this vision and ran with it. It was so much fun seeing it all come together day of, with their hard work and talent.

This whimsical lakeside bridal shoot comes to us from Catherine Smeader Photography, based in Houston, Texas! Here’s Catherine to tell us more:

When you have a gorgeous day, a beautiful model and a fun location, a styled bridal shoot is in order! The inspiration behind this warm lagoon bridal session was really drawn from the location. We shot at a hidden gem located outside of Houston, Texas that is known and loved for its pristine water. The lagoon is a cool shade of blue – almost turquoise – which makes for a stunning backdrop. I chose it for the hues of beautiful blues and greens + the landscape of the location, knowing I wanted to keep the details classic and simple.

PottingerWindamere-307

Today’s fun styled shoot comes to us from Brenda Pottinger of Pottinger Photography, based in Cincinnati, OH! Here’s Brenda to tell us more:

For this romantic styled shoot we were inspired by the unique venue which included a vault. The Windamere used to be a bank and the owners kept so many of the vintage touches. So we included keys, locks and for the table names we used well known bank robbers. The couple’s sweetheart table was named after Bonnie and Clyde. Since the venue had so many metallic accents we used the colors blush pink, rose gold, gray, and ivory.
