Guest posts are the WeddingLovely Blog. I’ve always maintained that the best content and best advice comes straight from the vendor who specializes in that area! Some of the posts here were written in 2011 and I’m including them here because they’re simply too good and deserve another view!
Great, great, great post for all those DIYers working with designers with printable invitations, covering how to find the best paper and what papers are available. Post by Six Modern Paper Goods.
Now that we’re all officially setting into the new year (last week didn’t count if you were like me and scrambling to get back into the scheme of things after the holidays), I’ve been taking a fond look back over how much the WeddingLovely Blog grew over the last twelve months. We’ve had some showstopping articles posted over the last year — here’s our top five articles from 2012 in terms of traffic!
I reviewed many, many wedding website solutions and posted my favorites. The winner? WeddingJojo.com, though I have to admit I’m partial to our (now-launched) wedding website solution at WeddingLovely.com now! ;)
2012 was an amazing year at WeddingLovely. As the founder, WeddingLovely is pretty much my child, and nothing makes me happier than seeing it grow. I’ve compiled some great stats about 2012:
Launched our wedding guidance app to help couples plan their wedding and find amazing wedding vendors on WeddingLovely.com.
The WeddingLovely Blog had it’s best month yet, with over 30,000 views in November.
I’m so excited about 2013! One of the biggest things done behind the scenes was a major update to how our directories run, so new features and new directories can launch faster! Sneak peek of new features planned for this month alone:
Profile and search page redesign for all of our directories.
New vendor recommendation widget, so vendors can recommend others!
New templates and themes for WeddingLovely.com’s wedding websites.
WeddingLovely is a one-woman project, and I plan on keeping busy—running this blog, launching new features, and helping vendors and brides/grooms. Stay tuned for more posts about the best posts on the blog in 2012 this week!

2012 is going to be packed with MORE amazing posts (do you think we can start posting more than once a weekday? It’s my goal!) with great advice, gorgeous photography, and beautiful eye-candy. Happy 2012 everyone!
The WeddingLovely Blog (and WeddingLovely, for that matter), haven’t been around for even a year and yet things have been simply amazing. I’m so thankful that I’m working the job I love! To wrap up the year, here are some of my most favorite posts from the year (and this is really tough, because I love them all):
Up in Portland for a conference, I got to meet with the amazing stationery ladies of Portland over wine and appetizers and had such a wonderful time. These photos are filled with wonderful nostalgia for me, thanks again to everyone for coming out!
That’s not all (told you I had a hard time picking) — stay tuned for pt.2 of my favorite posts of the year soon!
