This gorgeous invitation set was sent over by Katie of Katie Fischer Design, hailing from New Jersey! Here’s what she said about these adorable destination invitations:
Roberta and Daniel were having a destination wedding in Culebra, Puerto Rico. For the save the date, they wanted to have a bit of fun. The front featured a whimsical map that showed all the place they each lived while having a long distance relationship…

Color coded arrows represented each of their migration: there were a few times when one would move to where the other was, only to have the other get a new job and have to move away again! But finally, they were both living in NYC together and planning to get married in Puerto Rico, where they first met. We designed matching fun labels incorporating elements from the design.
For the invitation suite, they really wanted to embrace the essence of the island of Culebra: the light turquoise blue ocean and pale yellow sand. The beach is the central focus. We did a custom invitation back with a watercolor wave and the word Love emerging in the center. The envelopes were a textured offwhite reminescent of the beach sand in Culebra with tropical blue turquoise hand written calligraphy. The RSVP card featured a map of Culebra.
Additionally, the entire suite was in three different languages: Portegues, Spanish, and English.
