This stylish and eclectic inspiration shoot comes to us from Wedding Planner Katie Werkin of Chancey Charm NYC! Here’s Katie to tell us more:

I had the best time designing this urban styled shoot with NYC brides in mind. Wanting to highlight the raw + urban vibe of the space, it felt only natural to juxtapose the rough textures and hard lines of the venue with light and bright colors to soften the space. I really love how the vendor team took this vision and ran with it. It was so much fun seeing it all come together day of, with their hard work and talent.

See more after the cut!

A few fun details… The local fresh flowers were grown and arranged by Sunny Meadows Flower Farm, and the color palette they created to compliment the light blue china was spot on. The leather envelopes for the invitation suite were another unique, local detail that I knew New York City brides would love! The quality is exceptional and their texture had the entire vendor team buzzing.

Jeni’s Ice Cream had to make an appearance and is something fun and different for NYC wedding receptions, especially on hot summer days. What a fun midnight snack idea. This shoot and its vendor team was an absolute delight, and I hope that we’ve inspired the urban NYC bride to try some bold colors and soft textures at her upcoming wedding.
