This elegant, lace inspired wedding invitation comes to us from Cheryl of Eye Thee Wed, LLC, based in Indianapolis, Indiana! Here’s Cheryl to tell us more:
This invite features laser cut black outer folds that give a very elegant lace look. The inside has custom gold printed backer paper with printed info overlaid. The laser cut style is very chic right now but is versatile enough that it can be used in a formal wedding, or even less-formal when paired with the right design and colors.
This delightful boho styled shoot comes to us from Amanda of Hawthorn Hills Ranch, located in Denton, Texas! Here’s Amanda to tell us more:
Everything about this says natural beauty, carefree and southern. Running through the pasture barefoot, the warm sun on the bride’s bare shoulders it’s hard not to daydream about doing the same. With a simple floral crown of baby’s breathe to contrast the Bride’s dark hair, all the attention is on her.
Evonne & Darren Photography is an expression of our personal vision. We photograph weddings and portraits with a contemporary fine art approach, using traditional film with modern developing and digital scanning technology to achieve the aesthetic you see here. We live in Northern California, which inspires us with its scenic vistas from the rugged coastline to rustic Napa Sonoma wine country, the perfect sunlit outdoor environment to be film photographers. We love the look of analog film because it can produce gorgeous pastel-like colors and grain, allowing us to create timeless photos that are elegant, soft, organic and romantic. As a real life husband and wife wedding photography duo, we not only document the beauty and special moments of your wedding day, but also provide directions in a way that encourages our couples and guests to interact authentically and candidly.
Professional photos from your wedding are wonderful but sometimes the candids from your guests contain some amazing moments too! Rather than chasing down your friends and family asking for them to send you their photos and overwhelm your email inbox with giant attachments, check out DropEvent (website), a service that helps you set up easily accessible photo galleries that your guests can share photos to.
Today’s wedding planner interview is with Lauren of LDC & Co., based in Keene, New Hampshire! Enjoy:
Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.
I’m Lauren Dragon-Cook. I have a wedding addiction and I’m not afraid to admit it! I’m a lover of controlled chaos with a fierce passion for life (I am a Leo after all). When I’m not organizing wedding day itineraries or chatting with clients, you can find me and my husband, Ian, chasing our two sons, Liam (5) and Asher (2). I’ve been living and breathing weddings ever since I was like 3 when I got my first Polly Pocket that just so happened to be the wedding edition. In the real world, I have over 5 years of wedding industry experience and still have that Polly Pocket.
Today’s featured wedding video, brought to us by Derek Lamoureux of LC Productions, is heart-warming, tear jerking, and cinematic. Here’s Derek to tell us more:
Madison and Josh met back in 2014 on the dating website “Plenty of Fish”. They had their first date at the Western Fair Home Show, followed by a lovely dinner. Josh put a lot of planning into the proposal and it finally happened on a canoe trip to Algonquin Park. Madi and Josh decided to get hitched at the beautiful Windermere Manor in London, Ontario. From beginning to end, their wedding day was full of laughs and magical moments. The LC Productions team thoroughly enjoyed being part of their day.

Today’s real wedding, brought to us by Ashley of A. Blake Photography, is full of vintage inspired details and takes place in an absolutely idyllic setting! Here’s Ashley to tell us more:
The Santa Margarita Ranch never disappoints in hosting an incredible wedding AND reminding me how much I love being a wedding photographer. There are so many areas to sneak away for pictures, as well as, to escape the North County heat.
Today’s real wedding, brought to us by Mandi Mitchell Photography, is full of sweet smiles and romantic details! Here’s Mandi to tell us more:
These two are the sweetest and have the greatest hearts. As high school sweethearts, Emily and Josh have had to work hard at their relationship over the years and through unexpected journeys! Josh joined the Coast Guard after high school and they had been in a long distance relationship since then. He is currently stationed in the Northeast, and Emily finally got to join them after their honeymoon.
This stylish, fun-filled Mediterranean wedding comes to us from wedding photographer Sotiris Tsakanikas! Here’s the groom to tell us more:
If I was ever told that I would fall in love with my future bride at first sight, I would probably laugh hard because I always considered this scenario is only plausible in movies. It’s a lovely night in Milan, but despite it’s loveliness you don’t wish to remove yourself from the couch. Your mates insist, so you decide to go all Jim Carrey, be a “yes” man and join them. there you see her, standing out of the crowd.
