How did you get started doing wedding invitations?

I reconnected with a friend from art school who has been doing custom invitations for years, and she encouraged me to get into the business. She brought me to the National Stationery Show in New York, and I was hooked! As a graphic designer, I loved the fonts and papers and printing methods. As an artist, I loved that I could create custom artwork for couples. Each bride and groom is unique, and I create invitations that showcase their personalities and wedding style from vintage to rustic to formal.

To clarify, this is specifically referring to photographs taken indoors, when the majority of the light is coming from a nearby window (or sometimes door). Depending on the time of day, cloud cover, and if there is an eave overhanging the window or some other exterior obstructions, the brightness of light coming from windows will vary, but in many instances is not exceptionally bright.
