Today’s wedding stationer interview is with Dana Osborne, Graphic Designer and Owner of Dana Osborne Design, based in Omaha, NE! Enjoy:
How did you get started doing wedding invitations?
I jumped into the world of full-time freelance graphic design 7 years ago. At that time, I’ve done a few wedding invites for friends. And then a friend’s friend would contact me. And then her friend, etc. I was always scared of bridezilla, so I held off of really promoting this as a service of mine. But I did my first bridal show and LOVED it. I was hooked after that.
We’re loving the soft color palette and botanical illustrations in this lovely wedding invitation suite brought to us by Oh My! Designs by Steph, based in Atlanta, GA. Enjoy!
This suite was created as a custom design for a spring wedding, but has become my most popular design for 2018. The combination of florals, blush, and green make it perfect for any spring or summer wedding. The fun script font gives it an extra pop of personality!
Most budget-minded couples do not hire self-governing wedding planners, but you may choose that the expense of a wedding planner is wealth, the getting worse you will evade. For example, if you and your spouse-to-be are pressed for time or overwhelmed by the thought of finding and interviewing individual vendors, you may want to consider hiring a wedding planner.
Today’s wedding vendor interview is with Abby Sparks, Founder & CEO of Abby Sparks Jewelry based in Denver, CO! Enjoy:
Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.
Abby Sparks Jewelry was born in 2013, after I saw lots of my friends struggle finding the the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands. They didn’t want to blindly order something on the internet, and walking into a big box retailer and pointing at a ring felt weird to them. I saw my community seeking out a more personal, meaningful jewelry buying experience. They wanted to know how their ring was being made. . Using my jewelry design experience, I wanted to create an experience where my clients could get the unique ring they were looking for. Abby Sparks Jewelry started as just me, meeting clients at coffee shops and talking about their dream ring. Now, five years later, I have grown my business into an amazing, badass team of women in a beautiful loft space in the heart of Denver. From our jewelry designers to the creative department, the entire team works hard to give you a meaningful custom jewelry experience where you are fully involved, fully guided, and fully educated to create your dream custom jewelry.
This enchanting guest post comes to us from Emma, a freelance writer and Disney enthusiast based in the UK! Enjoy:
Walt Disney was always adamant that he made entertainment for adults and children alike, which is probably why so many adults are choosing to sprinkle a little (or a lot of) Disney magic into their special day. If you’ve found your Prince Charming, then consider some of these supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ways to incorporate Disney into your fairytale wedding.

We’re loving the lush florals and sumptuous jewel tones in today’s gorgeous real wedding brought to us by Jessica Lee Photographic Art, based in Sevierville, TN! Here’s Jessica to tell us more:

Today’s wedding videographer interview is with Andrew Gormley, founder of Silver and Spark, based in Philadelphia, PA! Enjoy:
Tell us about your company, how did you get started?
I had taken up second shooting for local wedding video companies back in 2011 as a side hustle from my day job as a web developer. It was a little jarring at first because there’s so much involved when it comes to video, but I worked hard and listened to the folks who had been at it way longer than me and picked it up pretty quickly. For the next two years, I was both lead and second shooter for several Philadelphia-area video companies, learning as much as I possibly could before taking on my first client.
We’re loving this intimate seaside wedding brought to us by Lovereel, based in Gordon, NSW! Here’s Lovereel to tell us more:
Chelita and Jamie first met during school holidays when they were about 16 years old. They hit it off from the start, and it was not long before they were found spending all their time together. On their trip to Melbourne years later, as they wandered down the popular Hosier Lane, a song they both loved started to play and suddenly everybody looked at Chelita who was the last to notice Jamie down on one knee in front of the words “marry me, Chelita!”
Perched on the top of the hill with extensive views of Whale Beach and beyond, Jonah’s was the perfect venue for an intimate summer wedding like Chelita and Jamie’s. Having had only 45 guests, the newlyweds got a perfect opportunity to spend quality time with everyone! As Chelita says, “We literally loved every second of it, none of it was overwhelming or too much.”
This adorable engagement shoot comes to us from Erin Johnson Photography, based in Minneapolis, MN! Here’s Elizabeth, the lovely bride-to-be, to tell us more:
Jordan and I love spending time at home with our 3 dogs Vinny, Bubba and Boo. With Jordan working the long days that he does and me being a teacher of 18 3 year olds, being home is heaven! We love watching movies, having fires, and just tinkering around the house. During the summer, we go to what is called ‘cars and coffee’ at the Chanhassen AutoMotor Plex. My parents have a garage there and Jordan and i love cars. Its nice to have some family time and bring the pups :)
