This colorful floral wedding invitation suite comes to us from Carrie Khoury of Birdhouse Stationery, based in Lombard, Illinois! Here’s Carrie to tell us more:

This Botanical Magnolia invitation was inspired in the dead of winter by my own need for spring. One particularly grey morning, I was daydreaming out the window and our little magnolia tree caught my eye. It didn’t take long for this new design to “blossom” right onto the page!
See more after the cut!

Once my initial proof was digitally printed on matte white card stock, I was struck by the variety of pinks displayed in the petals of the magnolia flowers themselves. I pulled from those shades to create a delicate pink response label, subdued fuchsia menu card, and selected a bright pomegranate envelope for save the date and thank you cards. The invitation is mounted on a navy three panel pocket folder, which grounds the shades of pink and also keeps a response card and tall insert tucked snugly in place.
Mailing and response labels add another layer of interest to the design, plus make mailing your invitations a breeze – no handwriting necessary! A patterned envelope liner is an extra-special addition for your guests; they’ll know from the moment the invitation arrives what a special event this will be.

To fully round out this invitation suite, don’t forget to include save the dates, programs, place cards, menu cards, and thank you notes. We can coordinate every little printed detail for a seamlessly cohesive wedding suite.
