Today we have a lovely styled shoot to share with you, styled three ways to show exactly what you get at three different price points! Here’s wedding planner Brooke Millis of Each & Every Detail to tell us more:

As wedding planners, one of the most common conversations we have with our couples involves budget numbers, their Pinterest board, and a tough conversation about how much this centerpiece or that charger actually costs.  We love working with couples to find a style and look that can be achieved within their budget, but we find that there’s a lot of heartbreak early on due to the fact that price tags are hard to find online.  With this styled shoot, we wanted to show how specific elements can increase or decrease your budget while altering the overall look of your tablescape.  We also included mock budgets for the entire wedding, so that couples can get a sense of how what they see on the tabletop relates to the overall style and cost of their wedding.  These prices are definitely based on our Dallas-Ft Worth market, and will vary from place to place.

For the look and feel, Brooke Millis at Each & Every Detail was inspired by the blue and white ware vessels, as shown on the Luxury Table, and wanted to explore how one color palette could be used to express several different styles.  We used the blue and white elements with a pop of clementine orange to brighten things up, along with gorgeous floral courtesy of Coco Fleur Event Design.  Shot by the incomparable Absolute Photography and set in the lovely ceremony space at The Springs in Denton, we love the fresh, summery feel of all three tables!

Standard Table – $30,000 for 150 guests

The Standard Table features a combination of real linen and silver plasticware, to keep the table looking set and pretty without increasing the overall cost exponentially.  The organic, brightly colored floral centerpiece gives the table life and scope while keeping an eye on the bottom line.  We loved the little clementines with the leaf shaped place cards to add a little whimsy to the scene!

Premium Table – $60,000 for 150 guests

The Premium Table has a slightly more vintage look, featuring the blue and white china, water goblets, and hemstitched napkins.  The linen has some texture to it, which is reflected in the patterned vessel of the loose, garden style centerpiece.  The clementines provide an extra pop of color against the white elements and the mix and match china.

Luxury Table – $100,000+ for 150 guests

The Luxury Table is an elegant mix of silver, crystal, and fine china with a traditional, full centerpiece that’s full of charm.  You can see the additional elements that layer on to create a finished, polished look to the table, including glass chargers, silver Chiavari chairs, menus, and place cards.  We love the small floral elements surrounding the large centerpiece – they add color and character while creating interesting individual focal points for guests at eye level!
