This super stylish and fun-filled wedding comes t us from Christopher Duggan Photography, based in New York, NY! Here’s Christopher to tel us more:
My Creative Team and I have photographed a couple weddings at The Liberty Warehouse in Brooklyn, New York, and it is absolutely breathtaking each time we do. The views are incredible. It is such a romantic venue.
See more after the cut!
Jordana & Gary’s wedding was THE perfect day for an outdoor wedding. I was excited to explore the venue and make photos in different spaces I haven’t made portraits in at past Liberty Warehouse weddings. Someone said at the wedding: “Never waste an opportunity to wear a crown.” Jordana got this crown from Australia days before the ceremony, and she TOTALLY ROCKED IT!
Jordana & Gary are both music lovers and knew exactly what they wanted for music at their wedding. The live band played them into the ceremony and halfway down the aisle, Jordana stopped, the musicians stopped, and the band ripped into “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns N’ Roses. It was perfect.
This was my first wedding working with Soraya Jollon of SORAYA Weddings. She’s fabulous. I really admire her work and her personal style. We have a shared love of the Berkshires in Massachusetts (where I spend my summers photographing dance at Jacob’s Pillow and weddings there and in NY). Plus, Soraya is my personal hero – she has four kids!
Jordana & Gary’s wedding was also my first time working with Tin Can Studios. They designed all of the beautiful floral arrangements along with the hanging garden chandelier over the head table. It was unlike anything I have ever seen. It was luscious, abundant, overflowing… everyone was in awe of it. There was something so romantic and intimate about it. Jordana & Gary’s day was very special, and we were so grateful to capture it in photos and in film!
Congratulations Jordana & Gary and thank you Christopher for sharing! For more information about Christopher Duggan Photography, please visit his WeddingLovely Vendor Guide profile.
