For those of you who aren’t familiar with the term “hen party,” it’s what we refer to in the United States as a “bachelorette party!”
Nearly every woman is going to come to the point in their life where it’s time to get hitched to one man for the rest of their lives. They depend on their friends to not only be there to watch this uniting of two people, but to help see them off with one last big hurrah. That last night can be full of memories and good times with some of the bride’s closest friends, so you simply can’t let it go to waste. A simple night in with your best girls and bridal party will never do when it comes to throwing Hen party. Here are some fun hen party ideas to make sure you see the lucky woman off accordingly.

Play Some Hen Party Games
Nothing starts an exciting night off like the laughter and fun that comes with hen party games. This is the bridesmaid’s opportunity to show off her creative side. For example, you could play poker with nude male cards or keep it sweet by writing fun memories of the bride and groom in a scrapbook. When choosing games to play, keep the bride in mind. You wouldn’t want to do anything too risqué if your friend is conservative, nor would you want to bore her to death if she likes to let loose!
If you’re staying local or just going to your local downtown area, consider a bar hopping scavenger hunt. Put together a list of 20 items that men commonly bring with them to a bar or nightclub. Break up into teams of two and get to work. You can stick together while you’re out and still play this game. Additionally, if you got to a venue that someone in your party isn’t very excited about, it helps keep the mood fun by giving them something to keep them busy. Make your items a bit on the saucy side. Condoms, a lipstick kiss from a guy, or even dollar bills can make for an entertaining night you won’t soon forget.

Hen Party Vacation Time
If you want to really send the bride-to-be off in the best way, you and the ladies of your bridal party should hop on a plane and take some time away to really let your hair down. To give your friend some saucy moves for her wedding night, head to Benidorm or Bristol and take some pole dancing lessons. For nightlife and sun, head to Newquay or go big with a weekend away in Ibiza. Just remember, when you come back, make sure to leave your stories behind.
