This elegant yet functional save the date come to us from designer and letterpress printer Kristin Joiner of 622 press, based in Hamilton, Bermuda! Here’s Kristin to tell us more:

Coasters are as popular as ever! The first set is a save the date. Adrienne wanted the design to reflect her fairly formal wedding. I created a design that employed traditional typefaces and a fancy, yet very legible, script. She also wanted to feature the crest of her future family quite prominently, so I created a vector illustration from the image of the crest she provided.

See more after the cut!

I love how it looks in the gold ink! I added a few filigree flourishes in a dusty rose pink that’s part of her wedding color scheme and voila! The perfect save the dates.

The lavender “Advice for the Bride & Groom” coasters were a custom version of one of 622 press’ popular designs. The parents of the bride ordered them for their daughters engagement party this upcoming weekend. I love knowing all her friends and family are sharing their best advice for marital bliss!

Great work, thanks Kristin! For more information about 622 press, please visit her WeddingLovely Vendor Guide profile or head straight to her website.
