This delightful bridal shower styled shoot comes to us from Chancey Charm Houston Wedding Planner, Skylar Caitlin: Here’s Skylar to tell us more:
We started with a fruit-inspired color palette: poppy red, tangerine, jade lime and vibrant yellow. I wanted to create a really bright, fun bridal shower that captured the special relationship a bride has with her maids. The best part was how our creative team ran with the idea!
See more after the cut!
Catherine of C.Wayman Floral & Events created this incredible floral display that went beyond all that I could imagine. She selected these geometric gold vases that subtly mimicked the outer skin of a pineapple and filled them with gorgeous textured and colorful blooms.
On the day of, she even made these Dr. Suses-esque arrangements using tangelos and dahlias; those won my heart and were my favorite addition to our tablescape. I’d envisioned these leaf place cards and Catherine allowed me to use six of the tropical fronds and a gold paint pen to calligraph a last minute detail for our models – which also served as their favor.
