The use of glitter in history goes way back to cave paintings by ancient civilizations and now body painting, cosmetics and costumes. Glitter applications are limitless.

Today, we feature a wedding invitation made solely of glitter on its outer surface. The inspiration behind this design is that of modern glitzy glam.

The outer pocket is created from glitter covered cardstock which opens into a chic four-flap design, with the option of opening one flap only, made in a modern, chic, laser cut pattern. The invitation insert detail card is made of ivory shimmer cardstock decorated with a red border, complemented by a second layer of red glitter cardstock. These all culminate into a beautiful package, tied with an ivory satin ribbon and embellish with an ivory pearl broach.

It was the first look into the couple’s event style, quality and theme. Therefore it was important to select a design that truly reflect these characteristics accurately.
