Meet a Wedding Planner in Rome, Italy: Lillà Bianco Wedding and Events Planner (2)
How did you get into wedding planning?

We have organized many events and this experience helped us a lot, but we have continued to study in order to have a complete training and to be competitive.

What’s your favorite part of the job?

We like to listen to the needs of the couple. Many of them have original ideas for their wedding and we are very gratified when we plan and develop their project exactly as they imagine. Each event is truly unique and unrepeatable and we turn dreams into reality with our careful work. We are very gratified when a couple of newlyweds say thank you sincerely.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned, and would pass along to other new wedding planners just getting started?

It’s very important to plan the event taking care of every detail: the theme of wedding, travel accommodation, transfer for the guests, location, flowers, wedding cake, music entertainment, etc. Have a “fill rouge” that guides the event and at the same time keeping the style that characterizes your company.

What are your hobbies or non-work-related activities?

We are two different partners, but we have many things in common such as love for nature and art. Roberta loves photography, delights in floral compositions, creates costumes for theatre actors, is skillful in graphics and has a big passion for QI Gong and Tai Chi Chuan, and has practiced for many years.

Claudia instead worked in the world of fitness, she likes to swim, travel, she loves to decorate objects with different techniques and also knows the Nail Art decoration. She dedicates herself to Oriental meditation.

Together we develop great creativity and we always say: “A Wedding Planner must have the patience of a Buddhist, the precision of a Swiss and the Italian creativity and we are all this!!”

What is your current favorite color combination?

We love all colors and we like to create a chromatic harmony according to the theme of the event. Each wedding is inspired by something and has its colors. However, we love the typical Mediterranean style of our country, full of nuances between blue and green that remind the sea and the countryside.

Are there any trends that you absolutely love or would love to see brides leave behind?

We like to find different themes for marriage even though many couples follow the trend that fashion is currently proposing, often inspired by the proposals that they see on the Internet, with the risk of being not so original. Our goal is to make their marriage unique and we like to characterize their event with original ideas even though their inspiration reflects the tendency of the moment. The details that go into the events are extremely important to us. We believe that weddings are not just an event, they are a work of art.

What tips or advice can you give to couples who are in the midst of planning?

Do not give up on a professional photo shoot! Your wedding day is unique and unrepeatable, photos are forever. Put your guests at ease; even for them, the holiday must be unforgettable! Coordinate your wedding day, in order to be sure that everything goes for the best and you can enjoy the event without stress.
