This beautiful, outdoor fall wedding comes to us from Christina of Christina Kiffney Photography based in oulder, Colorado! Here’s what she has to say about this wedding and the happy couple:
The couple shares a passion for design and a love of beautiful places and things. When it came to planning the wedding, they wanted it to be a beautiful experience for everyone. Elegant, but not formal.
See more after the cut!
They really wanted people to experience the Colorado Aspens, so they shuttled everyone up to the ceremony via school buses and then made them walk through a path that had been made to zigzag through the trees. The bride designed most everything (with the help of her mom) and made every thing with the help of lots of people.
Paper fans out of sheet music were constructed to hang in the trees. Masks were painted for party favors, and feather hair pieces and boutonnieres were made for the bridal party. The bride used her grandmother’s typewriter for the guest book, along with a few Polaroid cameras.
