This intimate real wedding comes to us from Stacy of They So Loved Events, based in San Francisco, CA! Here’s what Stacy has to say about the wedding:
With just twenty-five guests including the bride and groom, this San Francisco City Hall Wedding was small in size but large in details. The couple that is from Southern California wed in an intimate San Francisco City Hall ceremony.
See more after the cut!
Since most of the guests were visitors to the city, the couple wanted to treat their guests to a tour of the city while spending time with them. They rented a cable car that picked them and their guests up at City Hall and drove them on a tour of the city.
Guests snacked on popcorn and sipped champagne while the cable car stopped at iconic San Francisco landmarks for the couple to take pictures.
The entire wedding party was dropped off at Paragon Restaurant where they dined on grilled rib eye and pan roasted chicken. The private event room at Paragon was transformed with personalized details for the couple by the brides close friend and wedding planner from They So Loved Events and the brides cousin and florist from Louise Georges Yves. Canvas prints of the couple’s engagement photos were hung on the walls.
The brides sister – a fine arts painter hand painted iconic San Francisco landmarks on miniature canvases as a gift for each guest. Instead of a guest book, guests wrote their wishes on San Francisco theme postcards, which were then mailed to the couple to read upon return from their honeymoon. From start to finish this wedding was full of fun details!
