Today’s real wedding brought to us by Veronica Yankowski of VeroLuce Photography (Bloomfield, NJ) is a gorgeous of cultural traditions and modern sensibilities. Here’s Veronica to tell us more:
Claudia and Phil had a beautiful multi-cultural wedding in Virginia this spring. I have known Phil’s father for years and he wanted me to be there to capture his son’s wedding. I couldn’t let him down. Claudia and Phil live in Manassas, Virginia so we didn’t meet until the day before the wedding, which is unusual.
See more after the cut!
But with destination weddings and couple’s residing out of state, sometimes we never meet in person until the big day. We were blessed with lovely weather. Claudia is from Mexico so she wanted to be sure her traditions were included in their beautiful ceremony, part of which was said in Spanish.
Some of her traditions were also included at the reception with the Mariachi band, money dance and some other traditional dances that the guests clearly had a blast participating in. They had a day filled with love, tradition, and laughter.
Congratulations Claudia & Phil and thank you, Veronica, for sharing! For more information about VeroLuce Photography, please visit their WeddingLovely Vendor Guide profile or head straight to their website.
