We just love rustic weddings and today we’re joined by Laura Kunoth of Bluebell Florals who is going to share her expertise in rustic bouquets and floral crowns! Enjoy:

We loved creating the wedding bouquets for this backyard country wedding held at the bride’s family home in Valley Center, CA. They had a soft pink and white color palette and wanted to incorporate lots of natural greenery similar to the trees and foliage that surrounded their property.

See more after the cut!

The bride envisioned a bouquet full of blush pink roses with trails of whisp-y greens, so we used a mix of ruffly blush pink garden roses, avalanche and lexington hybrid roses, and bombastic spray roses mixed with feather and silver dollar eucalyptus. She even had a matching flower crown full of the lush bombastic spray roses!

She wanted the bridesmaid’s florals to be all white with greens, so we used a variety of white roses (avalanche, akito and sweetheart escimo) mixed with scabiosa flowers and pods, and eucalyptus. The wedding went off without a hitch and the bouquets were a perfect compliment to the golden grass fields of the property.
