Today we’re excited to bring you the wedding of Hannah and James, photographed by The Happy Bloom. Enjoy!
How was your wedding perfectly “Southern”?
Having our wedding ceremony under my families live oak trees gave our wedding a classic southern feel. Oak trees have always been my favorite part about living in the South.

What was your vision for your wedding day? What made you choose certain colors or decor?
The vision for our wedding day was a classic ceremony, and a fun and free spirit reception. Words I hope describe my wedding are, relaxed, fresh, and fun. The color palette was neutral tones with pops of blush pink and natural greenery. I chose these colors to keep everything natural, so the focus would be on each individual person. I also wanted my bridesmaids to look effortless and easy on the eyes, so each bridesmaid was able to choose the style of dress they wore for the day.
What is the moment you remember most about your wedding day?
The moment I remember most was walking down the aisle and all my emotions hitting me at once halfway down. I was cool and collected the entire day until that very moment. Definitely a moment I will always remember.
What’s next for you and your husband?
My husband and I moved out to my husbands farm, and we plan to start building our first home this winter. We are so excited!
