Styled Shoot: Citrus Shoot from Bluegrass Chic

Good morning lovelies! We have a bright, sunny styled shoot to share with you that comes to us from florist Bluegrass Chic, based in Orlando, FL! Here’s more about the shoot and the talent behind it:

Living in Central Florida, we wanted to do something to showcase the citrus industry that plays such a prominent role in the economy of our state. Our inspiration was oranges, lemons and limes, and with that in place, we built the remainder of our design around it.

See more after the cut!

Scouting locations we came across the Garden Chateau venue, which offered a space that offered a stunning view of the pool area, which was lined with Travertine tiles, and a background of orange groves. Wildflower Linens provided a white “Lily Pad” table linen for our “guest table” with white “Francesca” custom leather chair covers for the chiavari chairs.

Cloth Connection provided table linens in citron and orange for our dessert buffet and cocktail station. Bluegrass Chic created stunning floral arrangements that popped against the bright white linens. Dogwood Blossom Stationery created custom unique stationery products that contained our citrus logo.

The dessert buffet was created by Two Sweets Bake Shop, utilizing a combination of cookies, cupcakes, meringues and candies paired with a beautiful butterfly wedding cake by Party Flavors Custom Cakes. Two Sweets also created the cocktail station, using Florida Old Reserve Rum, Limoncello, and Orange Patron Liqueur.
