Today’s styled shoot by Lynne Reznick Photography is bright, fresh and simply lovely in every way! Here’s what Lynne and her collaborators have to say about the shoot:
I visited the Litchfield daffodils for the first time a few years ago and was stunned by their beauty. It isn’t just the daffodils, it’s the rolling hills, the pond, the island with more daffodils, and the imperfect stone walls that roll throughout. I was in love.

I built ideas for the shoot around the fresh, peaceful, and romantic beauty of the fields. The natural, lush, fresh feel of lemons and limes made them the perfect accents for the shoot.
The concept was for everything to be light and fresh and have a touch of romance. Hartford Prints! invitation suite was the perfect accent to session! –Lynne Reznick
Daffodils are simple and sweet, just like the springtime. We wanted our paper to evoke a similar lightness. The invitation features soft overlapping abstract petals in light green and yellow creating a simple home for the modern text.
The Info card echoes the soft petals from the invitation, while the RSVP card creates a gorgeous layering effect that adds texture and depth to the design. We paired the RSVP card with a bright blue envelope to add a pop of color to the palette. To lend an earthiness to the suite, the Thank You cards were printed in a soft green and paired with kraft envelopes lined with fibered paper.
Once packaged, this invitation suite reflects a wedding that is grounded in carefree elegance.–Rory Gale
Kyla is a natural beauty. I wanted to emphasize her best features with soft colors and elegant curly hair to frame her face.
Since the photo shoot took place in a wonderful field of daffodils, I put a romantic girl next door look together. –Shana Christoforo
