Today’s guest post comes to us from Paula Veverka. Paula is a mum to a curious toddler, a wife and an award-winning wedding photographer from Glasgow in Scotland. She also frequently shoots boudoir sessions in private stone cottages, built in 1731 and renovated for use as professional photography studios. Enjoy!

As both a wedding photographer and a boudoir photographer, I find myself in an interesting position where I am able to spectate the trends in pre-wedding and post-wedding photography. From Trash The Dress to Boudoir (sometimes both) and everything else in between, and why couples are opting for it in addition to their standard wedding photography package. It’s especially interesting to witness how popular media affects the sorts of enquiries I receive. It will come as no surprise to anyone that the movie 50 Shades of Grey has dominated the boudoir (excuse the pun) for the past few weeks…
