I would love to tell you about this amazing wedding I did at the Grateful Palate on June 3rd 2017. The couple’s names are Becca and Brian. They are probably two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. I’ve always believed in true love but I just didn’t know it could be experienced at such a young age until I met Becca and Brian.

Today’s wedding planner interview is with Bettina Benizri, Owner and Head Planner of Busy Bee’s Events, based in Miami, Florida! Enjoy:

Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.

My name is Bettina and I am the owner of Busy Bee’s Events. A little bit about myself is that I once upon a time thought I was going to be the next millennial Ally Mcbeal of the big and bad New York City but everything changed the moment I volunteered to plan an event for my association. I always had a knack for planning, even during my pre-law years. My dad was always a planner in the family and he and I would always bond over planning our day in our leather bound planners (back before Iphones). Of course after starting in this industry, I quickly realized that becoming an event planner means so much more than just planning. I’ve become a person’s event budget analyst, mediator, negotiator, venue agent, and even sometimes a friend.

Today’s styled shoot, brought to us by Miami wedding planner Forever in Love, is the perfect inspiration for an intimate beach wedding! Here’s more about the shoot from Forever in Love:

This was a styled shoot at the Beautiful Cheeca lodge in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. For this shoot we wanted to go with an organic bohemian style and capture the natural elements of the Florida Keys as a backdrop. Our bride wore a Tatyana Merenyuk dress from Lighthouse Bridal and headpiece by Untamed Petals.

Today’s wedding planner interview is with Racquel of St. Germain Event Group,  based in Miami, Florida. Enjoy!

Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.

My name is Racquel and I am the owner of St Germain Event Group. We are a full service planning and event design company based in the heart of Miami, FL. We offer custom event design, in-house florals and of course, wedding planning.

I started this business about 5 years ago at the tender age of 21. No money, No Plan and a whole lot of dreams. It wasn’t until I had done my first bridal show that I had noticed I had a knack for florals after creating the pieces for my booth. With a little more refinement of this skill, I had become really good and decided to add the service. Added more people to my team and you have a one stop shop for planning, decor and floral design.
