My wedding and family photography studio is based out of NYC and we cover the Tristate and New England area. I love this work because of who I am and what I care about. I’m a romantic realist. Photographing proof of the feelings that drive people to marry each other is not only a big part of my job, it’s also deeply, personally fulfilling for me.
One of the most important parts of a wedding is the photography because it will always bring fond memories of the sweet moments that took place on your special day. The exercise of finding the best wedding photographer within your budget can be a very daunting task, but it is worth the hunt when you find a quality photographer who meets your price and delivers the type of photography you desire. Every wedding has a venue whether it is the local courthouse or a rooftop with the city skyline in the background, and your photographer should capture the venue and location in your photos. Of course, the happy couple is the focal point, but if your venue and location are in the photos, you will receive beautiful and unique photos you will cherish forever.
We are adoring the lovely backdrop and all the romantic details of today’s engagement shoot from Cheyanna, of Cheyanna De Nicola Photography! Here’s Cheyanna to tell us more:
Photographing Sierra and Adrian against such a beautiful backdrop definitely ticked off a box on my photography wish list. How cute are these two? They are high school sweethearts, and have been engaged for seven years!
My Creative Team and I have photographed a couple weddings at The Liberty Warehouse in Brooklyn, New York, and it is absolutely breathtaking each time we do. The views are incredible. It is such a romantic venue.
Today’s real wedding brought to us by a guy and a girl photography combines a sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic with bright pops of color! Here’s Lauren from a guy and a girl photography to tell us more:
On a crisp morning last spring, Jamie (a foodie/restaurateur) + Dan (a tennis pro/multi-marathon-runner) were getting ready at the maritime hotel in NYC for a very important day. We followed them all over Chelsea, up to the roof of studio 450 and eventually down the aisle for their happy ceremony.
Alexa & Joey were married at Tappan Hill Mansion, an exclusive Abigail Kirsch venue. It was raining, so the ceremony was moved indoors, but we were able to still make some portraits outside during the day.
For Erin and Vito it truly was love at first sight! They first caught a glance of each other at a CBA swim meet where Erin was cheering on her younger brother and Vito was his coach. Vito’s breath was taken away by the gorgeous blonde and she couldn’t stop thinking of the handsome coach!
I create wedding photography for couples who don’t want the typical light and bright images, but instead something a little more raw, adventurous, and cinematic. I studied film, art and art history in college and my photography is very influenced by those things. My main goals are to capture my couples’ weddings in the most unobtrusive way possible, and to be there for them throughout the process to make things less stressful. I love educating people about photography, why lighting is important and how we can easily incorporate things into the day that will help me create the best images possible for them. In my free time I shoot a lot of portraits and landscapes.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your company.

We are a husband and wife team with many years of photography experience under our belts. We specialize in producing fine art albums and prints. Everything we make is meant to be treasured by our clients’ families for a very long time. Depending on the venue, we are willing to travel throughout the U.S. and abroad. As far as our style goes, we excel at fashion-inspired bride and groom portraits; off-camera flash techniques for dramatic ceremony/reception imagery; and artistic post-production.
This stylish and festive NYC wedding comes to us from Bryan Sargent Photography, based in New York, NY! Here’s Bryan to tell us more:
Benee and John’s fun-filled day started with their ceremony and the appropriately-named theater, Celebration of Whimsy, in Manhattan’s Lower East Side. After, we walked around the neighborhood with them and their bridal party, taking photos along the way, ending at Paloma Rocket for a a couple pints and celebratory toasts.
