Whimsy and elegance blend beautifully in this rustic wedding invitation suite brought to us by Laura Macchia, based in Montpelier, VT! Here’s Laura to tell us more:
This letterpress suite was designed for Rich and Sasha’s summer wedding in beautiful Stowe, Vermont. After our first conversation, it was clear that Sasha wanted invitations that would give their guests a feel for her home state. She was also really attracted to my custom venue illustrations so we decided the main invitation would feature the lovely Austrian-inspired Trapp Family Lodge.
This delightful woodland wedding invitation suite comes to us from Sunny Sisson of Puddle Jumpin’ Cards, based in Hood River, Oregon! Here’s Sunny to tell us more:
This invitation suite featured a hand carved block print, hand printed on the cover of a hand sewn booklet that held the invitation and enclosure cards. The details card was also hand printed with a custom carved block, as well as the flap of the outer envelope. The couple wanted a very Oregon vibe for their wedding invitations, without being overly rustic.
This incredibly stylish invitation suite comes to us from Engaging Papers, based in New York, NY! Here’s more about the design from the Engaging Papers team:
A City Bride says yes to a Country Groom! This wedding suite was created especially for them. Glitter represented glam and wood for that rustic flair! It all started with the Save The Dates and this theme inspired all the following pieces to follow. When it came to designing the main invitation, the bride requested an element of romance so a soft floral graphic was incorporated on the back side of each enclosure card. Their wedding day stationery from menus, table numbers, wedding programs and escort cards were specifically designed to incorporate all their desired elements…the end result: Glam, Rustic and Romance.
