Welcome to Emma Parker & Co. and thanks for taking a few moments to learn more about our company. I founded Emma Parker & Co. in 2007 for several reasons. First, to provide for my amazing family, second, to have an opportunity to be in business with my closest friends, and third, to use the money I earn from Emma Parker & Co. to help those in need around me, both in my community and around the world.
When I entered the world of diamonds and jewelry, I instantly fell in love with the industry. Working with people to help them pick out beautiful jewelry for monumental occasions in their lives is a thrill that never wears out. It was this love of my work, combined with the dismay of seeing how devious and dishonest the industry was that lead me to open my own company.
The things that define Emma Parker & Co. are our honesty and our service. It is easy to say that we are honest, everyone says that; however for us, honesty is not just a policy, it comes from a deep and abiding personal faith.
Our approach to honesty is best summed up this way…
“The LORD detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him.” – Proverbs 11:11
It is by being grounded in our faith, that we keep the members of our team in check, and always ensure that the most honest information is going out to our customers, even if it might hurt our sales. It is this commitment to unwavering honesty that separates us from the rest of the industry.

Everyday we get phone calls and emails from lots of people. For us, each of you are our neighbors. Our approach to customer service is simply this; we strive to put ourselves in your shoes, to see each question, each issue, each discussion from your perspective, and then to treat you as if we were in your position.
At Emma Parker & Co., we have no fancy sales training courses for our employees. We don’t discuss tactics to “close sales” or “prompt decisions” we don’t believe in that. Instead each team-member is instructed and reminded over and over to treat every customer exactly how they would want to be treated in the same situation.
To us, customers are not numbers, they are people. Every person has a name, a story, and a unique set of desires for the jewelry they would like to buy, and we want to hear your story, and help you write the best possible ending to your story. We consider it an honor to play a small part in the great events of your life.
Community and Non-Profit Work
We are a small company, and so our reach is limited, but to the extent that we are able, we strive to make the biggest impact in the community around us that we can. From supporting children in impoverished nations with monthly support to helping local schools with auction donations to giving memorial jewelry to the wives of fallen soldiers, we are constantly striving to touch the lives of those around us.
We are committed to serving our community by being generous with our resources, and by giving freely when the means allow. There is no shortage of opportunities to show love to people around us, and that is our goal, whenever and wherever possible.
Our approach to being active in our community can be summed up this way.

Absolutely LOVE everything about Emma Parker & Co.! Tim is amazing at what he does and is just so genuine. He walked my fiancé through one of the biggest decisions of our lives and I can honestly say I’m so in-love with the ring they choose as well as the wedding bands we choose following our engagement. He’s 100% awesome and makes you feel special through-out the entire process. We had a few last minute adjustments and tons of late-night questions and Tim and Team were on top of it all…delivering that “Nordstrom” Style Customer Service in an office that is best described as Classy/Warm/Personal… it honestly felt like personal shopping and who doesn’t love that!? We will definitely be returning to Emma Parker & Co. for all of our jeweler needs in the future!
