Headed by international soul music connoisseur and Cleveland, Ohio native Jon Oliver, Love Junkies NYC has established itself as one of New York City’s most highly regarded DJ collectives. Oliver is one of the founding DJs of I Love Vinyl, a popular long-running dance party dedicated to exclusively spinning vinyl records. He is also the host of the influential "Main Ingredient" radio show on East Village Radio.
Oliver has commanded dance floors at venues far and wide such as The Soho House and Brooklyn Museum (New York), The Corcoran Gallery of Art (Washington, DC), Little Temple (Los Angeles), Spy Bar (Stockholm), and Kellele El Meeldiks Johnny Depp? (Estonia). He has also opened for acclaimed artists such as Norah Jones, Dwele, Me'Shell Ndegéocello, and the legendary Maceo Parker.
His turntable experiences have garnered him features in such nationally recognized publications such as The New York Times, New York Magazine’s wedding issue, and Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine.
