Thank you so much for your interest in Soirée Custom Paper & Co.! For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about gorgeous papers and stunning wedding invitation suites and wedding day stationery. I have been designing custom stationery since 2009, and just like when I started - I can't begin to describe how blessed I feel to be able to share my passion with brides on a daily basis. A designer to the core - I can glean inspiration from just about anything. But I am most inspired by my brides, their vision for their wedding day, and working together with them to ensure that vision is expressed in their wedding invitation suites.

I wholeheartedly believe that your wedding invitation is one of the most important decisions you will make about your wedding. Why? Because it is the first glimpse of your event that your guests will see and it will contain all of the information that your guests will need to know about your Big Day. If not for the invitation, how else would your guests find out about the fabulous venue you chose; or the beautiful flowers and decor that you have selected; or even what time they should arrive so that they can see you in that gorgeous gown and - most importantly - witness you exchange vows with your intended? Stationery relaying information that important deserves to be presented in a way that is unique to each couple and that will leave their guests in anticipation of the event to come.

In my experience, every bride has a vision for what she wants her wedding invitation to look like - even when she thinks she doesn't. Working together, we will create a custom invitation suite that will artfully and elegantly introduce your event to your guests. No matter if you are seeking a custom luxurious letterpress suite or a digitally printed layered and/or embellished design, Soirée Custom Paper & Co. offers papers and printing methods to suit your needs and your individual style. As an Envelopments Designer, I also offer custom creations using Envelopments quality line of papers and original artwork. Not ready to go completely custom with your design? No problem! I also have a catalog of designs that can be customized to your color, paper, typography and wording specifications. No matter what your budget may be, my mission is to create modern, fresh and sophisticated stationery designs and luxurious custom invitation suites tailored to suit your individual style and needs.

100% do not use this company. I read the reviews on this page hoping to give Latoya the benefit of the doubt. I was hoping the reviews were false and everything would work out. I ordered invitations in July and to this day, almost 3 months later, I do not have invitations nor do I have my money back. Our invitations got “lost” in the mail. We could not use fedex shipping as I was not receiving the email giving me the option to select my shipping option. Latoya was not accommodating in figuring out what to do to fix this. So, they were mailed using USPS. Or so I was told. After filing a claim with the post office, I was notified that the shipping number given to me by Latoya’s assistant was a fake/incorrect tracking number. I emailed Latoya asking for an answer on how this happened but she did not answer. This was a trend for Latoya. There were many emails sent by me that she did not answer. Instead, she went on her company Facebook page and wrote long, condescending posts about how she has business hours and won’t be responding to emails.

Overall, I cannot stress enough, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY! You will not get it back. Latoya stated she sent us a refund. We still have not gotten it three weeks later.

La Toya literally made my wedding a breeze. This was my second time ordering from her and I expected no difference from the first time I ordered. She made the process very easy and collaborative. She was timely in her communication with emails answered within 24 hours of anything I sent to her (most of the time within 6 to 8 hours) and the invitations were both affordable and gorgeous. I am still getting compliments on them. Everything shipped quickly and was packaged beautifully. We are now working on a custom mirror seating chart, table numbers and menus to complete my wedding day stationery.
It took me a while to get around to reviewing her because once she left Etsy, I wasn’t sure where to leave a review. Reading the prior reviews almost made me wonder if it was the same person. This was my second order from her, my first were baby shower invitations from early last year. She had a ton of great reviews on Etsy which made the buying decision easy. In full disclosure, my sister and maid of honor also designs wedding invitations. She specializes in lace though, and not glitter which was not the look that I wanted. The process that La Toya followed is the same process that other invitation designers follow. A deposit is placed, the proof is sent and approved, and the final balance is paid. Both she and my sister follow the same process so I knew what to expect with that. Also like my sister, she doesn’t order materials until the proof is approved (or final) and the materials paid for. She likewise doesn’t keep a ton of materials in the office with her. I know my sister can’t return items if a person changes their mind on the color or type and I’m sure that her suppliers are the same, so she orders them after all is approved and decisions are made.
I paid my deposit, the proof came in 2 or 3 days, we approved it in a week, and then paid my final balance. In the week that I took to approve my proof, the diamond glitter I wanted became backordered. She immediately let me know and gave me the option of switching to silver glitter instead. Since I had time, I chose to wait for the color I wanted. The original timeframe for my shipping date was 6 weeks from when I paid. It ended up stretching to 10 weeks waiting for the backordered glitter to arrive. Simply put, she couldn’t put it together to send to me if the color was backordered and hadn’t been sent to her. Since I have a bit of experience through my sister with ordering supplies from others, it made total sense that the timeline would stretch and I was fine with that. It seems from reading that others may not have read that supplies are not ordered until after payment and that timelines can stretch as a result. I saw it at least twice on her websites. My sister has had the same issue of clients overlooking those important statements and then becoming upset with the timeline increase or wanting a refund because they are out of time because they didn’t read or order in advance with time built in. All invitation designers give an estimate of time and she gave me the timeframe so that I knew what I was looking at before anything was printed and ordered. I didn’t have an issue with communication with La Toya. She always responded back to me during the business day and checked in while we were waiting for the glitter order to release. As we are currently working on everything else for the wedding and waiting for all to come together, I have found her to be professional, responsive and talented and I have recommended her to everyone I know for all of their invitation needs.

Soiree was fantastic in every aspect! Super responsive, patient and committed to ensuring I was 100% happy with my wedding invitations. The invitations were absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The attention to detail was amazing because I overlooked a very important mistake. Guests have already told me they are the most beautiful wedding invitations they have ever received. I highly recommend her. Thank you Soiree!

I first located this vendor on Etsy last summer when first searching for invitations. I had already seen her work because two of my friends ordered from her for their weddings. I first contacted her in May with my idea and ordered in June. We just got them last week and they were perfect! They were EXACTLY what we wanted! I have to thank her for her patience because we made multiple changes up to after we said everything was finished because life happened. She was wonderful to work with and other than really only being able to speak via email, my fiance and I were very happy with her services. It would have been nice to speak by phone more, but most communication was by email. I needed 225 wedding invitations and she made everything easy for us. Our order was finished and shipped in less than a month after we said everything was final for the second time. The only issue was at shipping. She seems to use an outside shipping service that sends the shipping pricing information out to pay for shipping, but it went to my trash. I did not get it at first because I was looking for an email from her and not a service. Once that was straightened out they arrived very quickly! We mailed them this weekend and I'm excited to start the programs and seating chart. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing wedding invitations. We were VERY pleased with our order!

I envisioned a wedding invitation that captures the essence of what I want our special day to represent which is love, happiness, fun, and family. La Toya nailed it! I'm getting texts messages and phones calls commenting on our wedding invitations. I can't thank La Toya enough. I HIGHLY recommend using Soiree Custon Paper & Co.

I found Latoya via Instagram and as she was local to me, this was a very convenient working relationship. I contacted her in December near Christmas and she was nice enough to make an appointment for me after hours. I needed a rush order because I fell behind in my planning and was in panic mode. She was professional and kept me on task during ordering so that I could receive my order of 150 invitations early last month a bit ahead of when I expected them. She told me about the various issues surrounding USPS shipping and mentioned that Fedex is her only shipping choice because of the issues she experienced. It was costly and I would have preferred to pick up my order instead of shipping it but I added Fedex and there were no problems with delivery at all. The only snag with her order setup is that you have to pay three different times. There is a deposit and then a final balance payment, and then you have to pick the Fedex shipping option you want and then pay a third time before the order is finally shipped. I would have preferred that the shipping be included in the final balance, but she explained that it could not be added because the total weight is needed to charge the right price. Everyone loved my glittery invites and I was thrilled with the way they came out! I can't wait to start my order for my day of stationery. I'm sure that it will be just as gorgeous as my invitations. Thank you Latoya for your hard work with my order and for being a part of my wedding day.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This vendor LaToya of Soiree Custom Paper Co. literally took my money and ran! She lied and said that my wedding invitations had been shipped—yet no tracking information was ever provided. Once we began to question proof of tracking she literally disappeared. She removed her store from Etsy and completely vanished. All calls were sent straight to voicemail and emails have gone unanswered for the past 2 weeks. I didn’t see this coming as leading up to the delivery she was super communicative. I guess that was her way of getting my approx. $1K! The sad part is she ignores emails and calls from me and my planner yet she continues to post on her Facebook business account. I guess she’s looking for the next suspect to scam. If you want to be stress-free during your wedding planning DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR! I’m weeks out from my wedding and because of her disappearing act I am having to start over. Proceed with caution from this vendor.
