With over a decade of producing timeless, elegant events, I am perfectly positioned to make your wedding relaxed, fun and effortless. You are in essence hiring me for my experience and knowledge, so whether giving advice on design or solving family disagreements; I am there, by your side always.
I never forget that it is YOUR wedding, I spend time getting to know you as a couple so I can understand what makes you laugh and cry. I recognize your love for each other and want you to concentrate on the ‘marriage’ entrusting me with the planning of your ‘wedding’. I listen to what your ideal wedding would be and then set out to orchestrate it without causing any undue stress to you or your family.
I specialise in creating elegant weddings for busy time short clients. I am flexible and fit meetings in with your lifestyle, for those that rarely leave the office or who are based abroad, I can offer skype conference calls.
We will be honest with you at all times, we never accept commission and any discounts are passed on immediately to you. We also comply with the UK Alliance of Wedding Planners code of business practice of which we are a director. Any supplier we recommend has been personally vetted by us and in many cases we have worked with them on previous events. We regularly review our suppliers to ensure they continue to give the best service for our clients. A Dream Occasions wedding is a team event and we take pride in the quality of suppliers we work with.

I’m Bernadette and I launched Dream Occasions in 2003 as a boutique wedding planning business. Prior to this I spent 10 years working for TV companies as an executive assistant, much of my role was organising people, events and systems so the leap to wedding planning was in fact a small one...
